Job Description
Position: Estimator Window Wall
Location: Dallas, TX
Salary: Neg DOE
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join an expanding Building Envelope firm in Dallas, TX. Interested candidates must be currently based in TX.
Ideal candidates must have the following attributes but not limited to
- Degree Qualified
- Have 6+ years working in estimation within the construction/facade industry
- Be familiar with products in curtain walling, such as stick, unitized, cladding, louvres, windows doors etc...
- Full preparation of tenders
- Full preparation of handover documentation
- Budgets
- Good phone manner
- Good communication skills
- Excellent English, spoken/written
- Sub-contract agreements
- Contracts/commercially aware
