Heating Engineer/Plumber - £17 per hour umbrella - Full use of company vehicle - great opportunity for long term work/permanent employment.

You will have a fantastic opportunity to work for a large housing association based in the Nottinghamshire area - for an initial 4 week contract but with a great chance of long term work resulting from a good performance in the role. You will be part of a large team in an organisation that aim to ensure good practice is rewarded with on-going and stable work.
Job Role
You will be part of the responsive repairs team carrying out heating and plumbing work across the housing association stock. This role will be Monday to Friday and you will have the use of a company vehicle which you will be able to use from home. You will be required to undertake both gas heating jobs and plumbing roles, therefore a good experience of both wet plumbing work and gas work is required for this role.
You will be required to work on your own initiative and use a PDA device to go monitor and complete your jobs. You will be required to carry out diagnostics and also to have your own analyser with an in date calibration certificate.
Person
You will be a highly experienced heating engineer and plumber in the social housing sector, you will be fully ACS qualified and gas safe registered with your own analyser with an in date calibration certificate.
You will be willing to undertake both wet plumbing jobs and be fully capable of all types of gas work.
This role is for a minimum of 4 weeks but this role is on-going and could result in a long term or permanent position.
