Role: Lift Engineer (Installation Team)

Department: Installations

Role Coverage: North London, around M25 up to West Midlands

Commutable from: London, Guildford, Woking, Slough, Reading, Basingstoke, Oxford, North of london

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE, OTE £65,000 available

+ All expenses paid including fuel and accommodation, Phone, Holiday Entitlement, Pension

Due to continual growth in a buoyant industry our client has a new vacancy for a skilled Lift Installation Engineer. The role coverage will be North London, around the M25 and up to West Midlands.

Depending on your experience in the lift and escalator industry will determine your basic salary, but our client will pay up to £45,000 basic salary plus overtime on top. There is earning potential for over £65,000 per year!

You will manage your own installation project. Should you be used to working with a particular Engineers Mate our client will look to employ them as well.

If you have experience as a Lift installation Engineer or Lift Engineer with exposure to Installation projects in the Lift and Escalator industry we want to hear from you!

To provide a high quality personalised service

Inspect, clean, lubricate and adjust all components for optimum performance

Installation of All types and manufacturers of passenger

Detailed report of the work carried out at each installation project.

Priority of work keeping to tight deadline

Scheduled Installation work

Skills Used reading drawings wiring lift panel - Installation

Installing lift equipment / Modernisation work

Use of Wiring drawings

Installation New lift equipment Lester control panels

Reading drawings Installation by drawing lift equipment

The Candidate

Experienced Lift engineer (NVQ 3 qualified mandatory)

Industry Knowledge & proven experience (minimum of 5 years)

Installation works background on Lifts is essential

Opportunity for training and progression NVQ Level 4

Representing the company to a high standard and delivering great customer service

Versatile and flexible

Confident with a range of manufacturers is desirable

The ideal candidates will be from a commutable distance between London and Birmingham
