Our client is a leading national tool hire organisation, that is looking for an experienced lifting engineer in Avonmouth, with skills and experience in the following areas:
ESSENTIAL you are LEEA qualified. Responsible for the routine servicing of lifting equipment to ensure it is maintained to the high standards expected by the Company and our customers. You will be responsible for carrying out off hire inspections (under PUWER) & thorough examinations (under LOLER) for both our hire fleet and when required customer own equipment on site. In addition, you may be required to demonstrate equipment to customers and staff, as well as attending customer sites in the case of a breakdown. As an experienced lifting equipment engineer, with a proven track record in a similar role, you should demonstrate a hard working, can do approach, along with lots of self motivation and the ability to prioritise a busy workload. Alongside this we are looking for excellent written and oral communication skills, plus a commitment to providing a first class customer service.
