Neighbourhood Housing Officer Officer (£13.77 paye or £17.89 umbrella) 37 hours a week based in Christchurch

Job Role
You will be working as a Neighbourhood Housing Officer for an initial 3 months but this could be extended further.
Your role will focus on Tenancy Management and Anti-Social Behaviour. Some responsibilities will involve carrying out and monitoring regular estate inspections, empty property management and income management.
You will manage tenancies related to housing services residents in accordance with policies, procedures and targets. You will be point of contact to resolve and investigate complaints by residents and provide advice and guidance.
You will ensure that IT systems are regularly updated and effective manual record systems are maintained. You may attend and represent the organisation at court, external meetings, case conferences, forums and evictions
Person
You will have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle with business use insurance. You will have an enhanced DBS check, and you must have relevant experience in this field of work. You will be highly organised with strong admin, but you must also be eager and a quick learner. You must ideally have experience as a neighbourhood officer, and experience of working with anti social behaviour, it would also be beneficial to have knowledge of the social housing sector and regulations.
