Protocol are partnered with a large College in the South West London area to recruit for a Pastoral Care Lecturer. This establishment is one of the largest further education providers, offering a wide range of vocational and academic courses.
We are working with a large Further Education College based in South West London to recruit within their Pastoral Care department. Today, over 21,000 students are enrolled at the college and government funded courses like BTEC Nationals and A-levels are free for 16-19 year olds. Interestingly, while many things have changed dramatically over the last 100+ years, the focus of our client has not. With a strong focus on their students this client's vocational courses are still designed to give excellent training and maximise the potential of students looking for skills.

Their sense of community spirit is showcased in the collaborative work they do across London with a wide range of stakeholder partnerships, and a youth social action programme which has resulted in students developing strong bonds in the local community. A fantastic place to work, with an employer satisfaction score of 96.8 out of 100 - why not join their team today?

Our client currently has an exciting opportunity to join them on a temporary basis as a Pastoral Tutor starting mid - late August
