We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a complete security services provider accredited to work within multiple industries for an immediate and permanent role.

As a result of continued expansion and a soon to be opened new office in North East Lincolnshire, we are seeking to recruit the best talent to work for their team and are seeking an experienced sales manager with drive, a positive attitude and a determination to succeed. The successful candidate will also train to cover the operations management role from time to time, responsible for audits, contract management, site set up and rotas. As a result this role will be 50% sales and 50% Account Management and Operations.

We are seeking individuals with excellent people skills and entrepreneurial spirit keen to apply their experience whilst learning new selling techniques within the security industry. You will be results orientated and enjoy making your own mark.

We're looking for sales people that want to prove they can grow and manage a region of their own under the direct guidance of the Managing Director.

Our client is a growing security services company providing CCTV, Security Guarding and associated security services to clients across the construction industry and UK infrastructure. their year on year growth means that they need more people with the right attitude to identify new opportunities and to build their own area.

Working form their new office, you must be self-motivated, independent and willing to prove to others that you can be a success. Our client works in a mixture of environments, from office blocks to construction sites, so please don't apply if you're looking for a simple 9 to 5 role.

You will be responsible for a geographical region covering North and North East Lincolnshire, South Yorkshire and East Yorkshire and will have plenty of warm leads to work on as well as generating your own.

You will be provided with industry specific training, along with ongoing sales coaching on how to complete the sales cycle, from a site visit to winning the business. You must be willing to learn with the flexibility to constantly review processes and results to identify areas of improvement.

You will be the face of our client to new prospects and the first point of contact to existing clients in your area.

This is a great opportunity with a good basic salary on offer for operations and an excellent ongoing commission structure for all sales.

Salary for this position is £25,000, rising to £30,000 in 3 months plus commission.
