Senior Buyer

Tier one national and international dynamic contractor seeks to bolster its procurement team by employing a Senior Buyer to manage an iconic project in the North East.

Duties include -

Ensure and monitor best value service to the operational teams

Installing procurement controls and compliance including tender enquiries

Enhance supply chain relationships to provide a competitive edge and improves the profit line

Manage and police all documentation processes

Adhere and enhance the companies procurement policies

Requirements for this post include -

Extensive experience within the civil engineering construction industry

Previous experience in a similar post preferably with a tier one contractor

BIM and MCIPS advantageous
