An exciting opportunity has arise for a Senior Planning Engineer to join a tier one contractor that has recently been awarded the Norwich Rail Depot upgrade project.
Project value circa £35m
As the Senior Planning Engineer, you will take the planning lead on small to medium size projects or support Planning or Project Control Managers on major project or work programmes.
You will develop the tender programme to comply with the Contract and Works Information, and to reflect the most efficient and effective sequence to deliver a project, or section of works.
You will contribute to the development of the control methods to monitor progress and productivity, and implement Earned Value Analysis to support the project team in assessing achieved and predicted performance against time and budget, and reporting this to the project
You will have an Engineering background, and must be degree educated. HND Minimum.
If you have been working as a Sub Agent or Agent and want to get into planning then look no further.
P6 training will be provided.
You must have worked within a rail environment previously.
