Currently a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a new challenge or a Quantity Surveyor and seeking progression.

Excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial aspect on a large iconic building projects in Oxford.

Duties include -

Measurements and valuation

Financial forecasts and cost reports

Subcontractor appointments, valuations and accounts

Daily commercial recording

Management of junior staff

Final accounts

Requirements include -

Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying

More than 5 years experience working for a building contractor

Exceptional knowledge of the construction process, contract documentation and administration

Commercially astute

Committed and accountable

UK drivers licence

The right to work in the UK
