Their Build, Interiors, Renew and Special Projects divisions all work in collaboration and have dedicated teams with multiple skills and resources available across the Group.
Job Role
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for projects valued between £500k to £8m working within the special projects division.
- Budget estimating
- Cost planning and preparation of Bills of Quantities
- Preparation of tender documents
- Reporting on tenders
- Assembly of contract documentation
- Cost reporting
- Interim valuations
- Agreement of final accounts
Person
Surveyors applying should have a solid track record of successful delivery in a competitive environment that primarily covers new build and also frameworks. Successful candidates will be able to assume overall commercial responsibility for a diverse range of projects.
It is essential that the candidate has gained at least 8 years of Quantity Surveying experience and holds a relevant degree or diploma. Competent IT and communication skills are also essential and experience of using the system Coins is highly desirable.
