£33,000 - £42,000 per annum plus benefits
We currently have a mandate with a growing main contractor for a Construction Planner in their Central London office (London Bridge). With an impressive ratio of repeat business that has lead to a large pipeline of work already confirmed up to 2020, our client continues to expand their operations across London and the South East.
The role will involve a minimal amount of tender & pre-construction and will predominantly be running the planning function on all live projects across the London region and surrounding counties. Projects typically include commercial offices, retail (superstore and individual units), theatres, leisure and public sector schemes and can be new build, refurb or fit-out (also some D&B). Working closely with contracts managers/project managers, you will be responsible for creating detailed programmes using Asta Powerproject and MSP

Ideally, the successful candidate will have the following experience:
- Previous project planning experience in the construction sector, preferably in London.
- Proficient with Asta Powerproject & MS Project software.
- Some experience of planning on live sites.
- Relevant construction or engineering degree desirable/not essential.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
