Tenancy Sustainment Officer (£17.15 paye or £21.62 through umbrella) Based in Derby

You will be working for a large Social Housing Organisation giving you an ideal opportunity to enhance your career and CV
Job Role
You will be responsible for providing a low level floating service to vulnerable people, dealing with complex issues and finding solutions.
You will carry out assessments of needs and risks, and the implementation of individual action plans.
You will liaise closely with other teams and agencies to assist in areas such as accessing training and employment, debt counselling and welfare benefits.
You will carry out pre tenancy assessments for vulnerable application, exploring their support needs and communicating important messages, reducing the likelihood of tenancy failure.
Person
You will understand the needs of vulnerable people and be able to work closely with them to improve their way of life.
You will have a relevant professional qualification such as Housing, Social work to NVQ level 3/4 or equivalent, or be qualified by experience.
You will have excellent organisational skills and administrative skills and have excellent negotiating skills.
You must have experience of working in Social housing.
You Must have a Driving licence and access to your own vehicle
You must have a current DBS to be considered for this role
