Breedon Group plc is the largest independent construction materials group in the UK. They operate the country's largest cement plant, two cement import terminals, around 60 quarries, 26 asphalt plants, 200 ready-mixed concrete & mortar plants and three concrete block plants, employing around 2,300 people nationwide.

The Group is looking to appoint a Concrete Shipper/ Batcher for their concrete plant at Elsham, Humberside.

Reporting to the Site Supervisor, this position offers a challenging opportunity for an ambitious, dynamic individual with a positive 'can do' attitude who wants to join a very personal and progressive company.

You will be comfortable with both a hands-on-role to drive forward our health and safety culture, office based, where duties will include organising the shipping/batching of concrete including order taking and liaising with customers. You will proactively chase sales and handle day to day customer enquiries and queries.

This role would suit an enthusiastic, outgoing and self-motivated individual with excellent communication, team-working and time management skills. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
