Construction Managers from an Electrical background and experience in the delivery of large-scale M&E projects will enjoy working for a General Contractor in the delivery of a Data Centre development in Denmark! Manage day to day Electrical Installation activities on site, keep an up to date schedule of works, manage a team of supervisors in the delivery of this highly technical facility. Responsibilities:

    Coordinate electrical design, work with consultants and subcontractors and Participate in design reviews
      Ensuring Company H&S policies are promoted and enforced on site Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any specialist subcontractors Assist the Project Manager with the planning, development and enforcement of programme works Management & coordination of appointed subcontractors Keeping the project stakeholders informed of progress, cost and any other relevant issues. Manage safety and quality aspects of the project in accordance with company procedures Liaising with Quality Control and Safety on Site Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project

Required Experience:

    At least 8+ years' site Construction Management experience Experience working on heavy M&E focused projects (Data Centre, Pharma, Power Generation etc) is essential Good IT skills Education or qualification in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or similar or from a trades background Experience at a similar level of role
