Exciting internal opportunity has arisen for dynamic organically grown Engineering recruitment Consultancy. We are looking for a proactive and organised professional to work closely with the four founding directors in managing the day to day running of our operational function of the business. We saw over 60% growth in revenue and headcount in 2021 and we have ambitious plans of further expansion in 2022.

Enjoy working a varied position with operations, marketing, internal recruitment, accounts and HR combined. Training will be provided, in a position that will become autonomous. With a director team with over 40 years' experience and a growing number of highly skilled consultants, we have developed expertise across a range of areas including Building Services, Data Centre, Energy & Renewables, Power and Manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

    Overseeing the operational function of the business and taking ownership of internal systems and processes Office management, ensuring all operations are compliant and resourced as required Managing the company's social media accounts and marketing campaigns, liaising with 3rd party partners Managing company tech (Vincere, One up). Running KPI reports for weekly and monthly meetings. Lead Internal recruitment (Creating adverts, LinkedIn searching, shortlisting, screening, arranging interviews) Coordinating personnel files and assisting with HR related processes (onboarding, contracts, user set up on systems etc) Assisting with general and accounts administration Preparing sales reports for the director team Managing relationships with CRM, Job boards and LinkedIn

Background Required:

    Operations Manager/ Office Management experience Office admin / PA/ EA experience Commercially aware Good organisational skills Tech savvy previous experience of using a accounts software, CRM or automation products Proficient with Microsoft 365 products (Office, Word)
