The Role:
* Planning / Service administrator
* Take customer calls, book jobs, organise engineers
* Planning and scheduling service engineers diaries
* Office based day shift role in Rochester, Kent
The Person:
* Service Coordinator / Technical Administrator experience or similar
* Experience using a CRM System
* Excellent planning and organisation skills
* Competent using Microsoft packages
* Commutable to Rochester
