JOB DESCRIPTION:
Mechanical Supervisor required for a Facilities Management company to cover planned and preventative maintenance on a static site in Stoke. Our client is looking for an experienced and hardworking Maintenance Supervisor to join the team to look after a site in Stoke. As maintenance supervisor you will be responsible the mechanical engineers as well as supporting senior management in the safe operation and maintenance of all plant, equipment and installations.
This supervisor role will be 40 hours a week (flexible hours) Monday-Friday. Overtime and on call available.
Daily responsibilities will include:
?Managing engineers and sub-contractors on site
?Organise labour and attend site meetings
?Planned and preventative maintenance
? Safe operation and maintenance of all plant and equipment
? Carry out Planned Maintenance of mechanical plant
?Carrying out work safely and efficiently
? Ensuring a safe working environment and safe systems of work are followed
Requirements for the role
? Completion of C+G/Btec or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, recognized mechanical apprenticeship, time served
? Proven substantial experience within mechanical trade
? Attend external and internal courses as required
