We're looking for a Sub Agent to join our Wessex team based in Exeter, Devon. Within this role you can enjoy 26 days annual leave, sharesave scheme, family friendly policies and even more.

Responsibilities
As a Sub Agent you'll be working within the Wessex team, supporting them in providing early supplier engagement during design, programme management of the entire delivery programme and management of the construction works.
Your day to day will include:

Managing the engineering team and subcontractors on site, manage site resources, ensure site procedures are implemented, assist in document control and ensure the latest drawings are being used.

You will ensure all labour, plant, materials and supply chain resources are accurate, identify changes required via TQ/RFI and inform the Quantity Surveyor of cost implications, and review the subcontract of RAMS.
What do we need from you?
This role of Sub Agent is great for you if:

You will hold a HNC/Degree in a relevant discipline,

You will have strong management skills, experience managing a section of works and sub orinates, be commercially aware, and have excellent leadership skills.
