A leading Building services/ HVAC company with prestigious contracts within Offices, Universities, sporting grounds and Science establishments currently have a key requirement for experienced Static Painter and Decorator based at a Large site in central London paid up to £38K

As a static Painter and decorator, you will be: -

  • Painter and Decorator will carry out painting and decorating on site
  • Painter and Decorator will be assisting with door hanging, fire doors, lock changes and fixing, painting, floor matching, furniture fixing, skirting's, plastering.
  • Painter and Decorator will be working across a large site in Euston
  • Painter and Decorator will be paid up to £38K basic salary dependant on experience
Requirements for the Painter and Decorator: -

  • Painter and Decorator to have experience in domestic and commercial buildings
  • Painter and Decorator must have an NVQ/ City Guilds in painting and decorating
  • Painter and Decorator must have good communication skills and be presentable as they will be dealing with members of the public
  • Painter and Decorator to have a clean DBS check
  • Painter and Decorator will be paid up to £38K basic salary plus 28 days holiday
