Role: Legal PA

Location: Thames Valley, Reading & Hybrid Working

Gleeson Recruitment Group are delighted to be working in partnership with a National Firm who are looking to recruit a Legal PA in their Thames Valley office. The successful candidate will be working in the Property Litigation Team and we are looking for someone who will be able to provide full PA and secretarial support to our clients partners.

Main Duties

• Full Diary Management
• Email Management
• Filing and Efiling
• Organising meetings, travel arrangements
• Typing reports, file notes
• Money laundering compliance administration

Ideal Experience

• Legal PA experience ideally within a real estate or similar practice area
• Self motivated
• Brilliant typing skills - 60WPM
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
