A leading hard services contractor specialising in Building Services and Air Conditioning maintenance for mobile and multi residential sites has a key requirement for a polite well-spoken, personable Contracts Administrator to work in South East London paying up to £30k for the right person.

As a Contract Administrator, you will be:

  • Contract Administrator will be working with MS Office packages
  • Contract Administrator will check all incoming emails daily and respond in a timely manner
  • Contract Administrator will be doing the Day to day running of the engineer's diary
  • Contract Administrator will be answering all incoming client requests
  • Contract Administrator will be dealing with all customer queries complaints and problem solving
  • Contract Administrator role would be suitable for someone looking to gain more experience in an administrator role
  • Contract Administrator must be able to work on own initiative but also in a team environment
  • Contract Administrator will be assisting engineers with any day-to-day issues

As a Contract Administrator, you must have:

  • Contract Administrator will be experienced in maintenance contracts administration within M&E, HVAC, or Facilities Maintenance
  • Contracts Administrator with Tesseract, Maximo or plan on system would be an advantage
  • Contract Administrator to have experience in an administrator role
  • Contract Administrator will be commutable distance to South East London

Contract Administrator - £30k basic dependent on experience + package + pension
