£40'000 - £50'000 Basic + Car / Car Allowance + Generous Pension + Bonuses + Package + Office Based Role
Perfect role for engineers that want to get off the tools whilst still offering technical support and expertise! You'll be working with a growing supplier of innovative home products, whilst building a team in an enjoyable and interesting environment.
This company are growing fast due to huge demand for their high end products. As technical support engineer you'll be taking technical calls from customers, organising engineers, and recruiting good people to join the team!
Your role as technical support engineer will include:
* Providing technical support for clients / engineers
* Identifying faults and warranty claim, ordering parts
* Allocating engineers to fix problems
* Helping to recruit engineers
* Office based role with occasional training trips and client visits
You will need to have:
* Experienced engineer from domestic appliances / boilers / gas / cookers or similar products
* Excellent communication skills at all levels and happy to work a technical support engineer role
* Commutable to Farnham / Hampshire area
