I have an opportunity for a Development Manager to join a mid-sized residential developer in the London area. You will take the lead on a variety of resi-led schemes - new builds, mainly 200 units and up within the London area.
You will need:
- A relevant property based degree and/or RICS
- Demonstrable experience at all stages of a residential scheme with 200+ units
- Good understanding of the new planning regulations concerning residential builds
- Good knowledge of the London residential property industry
- Ideal but not essential, an interest in new methods of construction
- An interest to manage and mentor younger members of the team
- Ability to take your own initiative and find your own solutions
- Passion to excel and strive to be the best
- The ability to work in the UK with no visa sponsorship
