Responsibilities
As a MEP Project Manager you'll be working within the Kier BAM JV at Hinkley Point C team, supporting the team with managing, monitoring, developing and driving all aspects of our Hinkley Point C programme of works.
Your day to day will include:
- Ensure the project is running on time
- Keeping the project within H&S regulations and that it is running in line with clients needs
- To manage the project Budget alongside the Commercial team and ensure the project runs to budget
- Stakeholder management - including Senior Management and the Client
- Management of all teams on site - including Site Supervisors/Operational Teams/Sub-contractors
Who are we looking for?
This role of MEP Project Manager is great for you if:
- Relevant qualification (Management qualification / NVQ L3 / HNC / Degree), Chartership with ICE or working towards
- Strong knowledge and experience of the main management systems and processes used within a similar business, ideally with a strong electrical background.
- Excellent communication and project management skills including leading and managing technical teams within a competitive business environment.
- Able to take the lead with client interfaces and manage project delivery on technical and business aspects of team outputs.
- Able to establish project requirements and drive the team to deliver the required outputs in terms of quality, cost and programme.
