My client is a family run Property company who have been around for 50 years who specalise in commercial, residential, and mixed-use real estate.They're looking for a Property Manager to come and join their young and dynamic team in the heart of Shoreditch.
Duties -

  • Property Inspections/Reviews
  • Management of repair works
  • Void management during tenancies/sales process
  • Utilities management
  • External property manager oversight
  • Instruction and management of planned and reactive maintenance
  • Ensuring compliance across the portfolio



Prefabably used QUBE and is ARLA Qualified

Salary is £40,000 - £45,000
Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Fridays Work from Home Offered
