Dove and Hawk are working alongside an independent Estate Agency that prides itself on their first class customer service. Based in Pinner, North West London, this role will suit a team player who is looking for a long term career with a friendly and professional business!

Duties/Functions of the role:

  • Responsible for managing a portfolio of 160 properties
  • Advising and guiding landlords on the management of their properties
  • Dealing with day to day maintenance issues and undertaking routine property visits
  • Coordinating refurbishment works including obtaining quotes and management of contractors
  • Liaising with tenants and contractors to ensure works are completed in a timely manner
  • Progressing quotes and checking/submitting invoices to ensure payment is on time
  • Carrying out detailed Property Visits and creating precise reports using online App/website
  • Ensuring properties comply with Health & Safety legislation and that statutory obligations are met, e.g. gas safety, electrical safety etc
  • Negotiation of end of tenancy deposit dilapidations and if required dealing with TDS disputes
  • Dealing with insurance claims
  • Dealing with utility changeovers and queries
  • Arranging end of tenancy procedures and ensuring properties are made ready for new tenancies


Requirements of the role:

  • 3+ years prior experience working as a Property Manager.
  • ARLA Qualification would be an advantage OR the want to complete ARLA.
  • Full UK Driving License required.
  • Own car required.
  • Professional yet friendly approach to work.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).


Salary Budgets: £30-£35,000 per annum, Parking Permit Provided, Work Milage covered.

Required working hours: Monday - Friday - 9am - 5:30pm (NO WEEKEND COVER REQUIRED).
