Foreman - Drainage and Slabbing Project
Location: Walsall
Duration: Until March

Pay: £180 - £220 per day
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Foreman with a strong background in groundworks to manage a drainage and slabbing project in Walsall. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a vital project and work with a committed team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all site activities related to drainage and slabbing works.
- Lead and manage the groundworks team, ensuring efficient and high-quality performance.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team to maintain smooth project operations.
- Ensure health and safety standards are strictly adhered to on site.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure quality control.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Foreman on groundworks projects, including drainage and slabbing.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- In-depth knowledge of groundworks processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- CSCS card and other relevant qualifications are highly desirable.
