We are recruiting for a dynamic and highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail and administrative skills as well as strong customer service skills to join our Admissions team.

This is a full time and permanent role offering between £18,328 and £18,354 per annum.

You will be responsible for processing enquiries and applications for College courses, dealing with a variety of administrative tasks, corresponding with customers face to face, over the telephone and in writing, as well as providing applicants with information about the range of courses on offer and advising on the application process.

You should have experience of working in an office environment, be familiar with the Google suite of applications, and have experience of dealing with customers face-to-face and over the telephone. You will also be required to attend out of hours recruitment events.

In addition to your salary, you can expect an annual leave entitlement of 29 days for this role, plus Bank Holidays and additional College closure days over the festive period.
