Are you an Architect or Architectural Designer Looking to join a design lead practice within the super-luxury residential sector? This Architect job opportunity will see you be involved in designing some of the most bespoke and unique residences in the prime areas of London

Specialising predominantly within the super-prime residential sector, they have an extensive portfolio of luxury projects, including properties in Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Kensington, and Belgravia, as well as overseas. The practice prides itself on the quality of its design and attention to detail, with vast experience in creating truly outstanding homes, whilst lovingly retaining heritage features and developing their potential to maximize space and light.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Working as part of a team alongside a Project Architect and Director
  • Preparing and presenting design proposals, detailed, and coordinated technical architectural drawings. Working through all RIBA work stages
  • Meeting with clients to discuss project objectives, needs, and budget
  • Creating detailed drawings and specifications for architectural projects in CAD
  • Participating in project management throughout the construction
  • Resolving issues that come up during construction, liaising with contractors and sub-contractors
  • Visiting and supervising the construction of buildings
  • Specifying the materials and products needed for the construction of projects.

Required Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years UK experience within the high-end residential sector
  • A portfolio of projects across prime boroughs of London
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience as an Architect or Architectural Designer
  • Experienced leading a team and high residential projects through all RIBA stages
  • AutoCAD Skills and preferably some Revit knowledge
  • An excellent knowledge of UK planning and listed building consents
  • Have a flair for design and a fantastic eye for detail
  • Able to inspire and motivate your team and push a project forward
  • A background of traditional detailing, drawing, specifications, and materials
  • The ability to carry out all aspects of detailing and construction information for high-end residential projects
  • Fantastic English both written and verbal
  • The right to work in the UK.
