Assistant Site Manager Job in Oxfordshire

Our client is a UK regional developer based in the South East and they produce a variety of homes generally within commuting distance of London.

My client is looking for an Assistant Site Manager to continue a multi-phased site with 650 units left to complete, consisting of a combination of houses and apartments between 1-5 bedrooms. The successful candidate will report to the Project Manager.

Role & Responsibilities

- Reporting to the Project Manager

- Ensure working methods are performed correctly

- Ensure that health and safety standards are maintained

- Meeting company objectives for safety, quality, production, and cost

Required Skills & Experience

- Recent and previous experience on traditional build residential sites

- Current Health and Safety knowledge

- SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid at Work

What you get back

- £43,000

- £5,460 car allowance

- 10-12% bonus
