We're looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our Facilities Management team working with our Operations, Billing and Finance Teams based in Basingstoke. Within this role, you can enjoy family friendly policies, access to both Cycle to Work and Green Car schemes and even more.

Contract: Permanent, full time - 40 hours per week



Responsibilities

As a Commercial Administrator, you will work as a member of the billing and finance teams to provide accurate estimates and quotes for Tier 1 and Tier 2 works based on contractual requirements.

Your day to day will include:

  • Ensuring quoted works are uploaded within contractual SLAs or other appropriate action is taken
  • Liaising with the Contract Managers for technical advice or pricing queries at the Estimate and Quote creation stages were appropriate
  • Ensuring estimates are produced using Schedule of Rages (SORs), ensuring appropriate margins are achieved
  • Reviewing all subcontract estimates and quotes and challenging where necessary to ensure transparency and value for money are achieved
  • Assisting the other areas of business with ad hoc duties if required
