My client, a well-established company in the Commercial Property Market, is on the hunt for a Commercial Investment Agent to come in and hit the ground running!

Responsibilities

  • Deal Sourcing
  • Acquisitions Work
  • Conduction Property Viewings
  • Attending Property & Networking Events
  • Introducing Investors
  • Disposals Work
  • Coaching junior team members

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience in a commercial investment role
  • Professional, presentable and personable character!

Salary: £30,000 basic, £70,000 OTE

Hours: Monday-Friday - 9.30 am-5.30 pm
