We have a new opportunity for a highly analytical and relationship focused Pricing and Commercial Performance Partner to work closely with our leadership teams in the business. This role works to define commercial targets and measure operating performance, utilising structured reporting, commercial reviews and development of new tools and approaches. About the role Reporting to the Head of Pricing and Commercial Performance, working with an established team, you will connect with business divisions at multiple levels to explain performance and understand the drivers of performance. Other elements to the role include: Creating and owning a set of standard commercial performance reports Establishing and facilitating commercial review sessions, developing clear actions plans based on output Enhancing existing and developing new tools to support the business Supporting the business to deliver on pricing-related objectives in budget Supporting Head of Pricing and Commercial Performance to deliver specific projects Liaising with LafargeHolcim Group to develop pricing tools and best practise Working with the Sales Operations team to ensure pricing functionality is supported Managing relationships with the Finance team to ensure accuracy of data in all reports Measuring performance of specific commercial initiatives, with finance and senior commercial management Developing an understanding of key drivers behind commercial performance for responsible business area Managing ad hoc and quick turnaround requests to support business needs, as deemed appropriate by the commercial management team What will you bring? Highly analytical, with the ability to explain analysis to a wide range of internal customers Advanced Excel and Powerpoint User, Qlikview desired, not essential. Be naturally curious and creative in your approach, with ability to deliver impactful presentations. Be confident presenting to groups of people as well as working 1-1 with key stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and work with stakeholders across matrix structure and confidence to challenge and overcome objections Commercial acumen - the ability to apply analysis and reporting to commercial situations Integrity, with ability to deliver clear, honest & neutral analysis Time management and ability to work to deadlines What’s on offer?
