We are currently working with a leading international Banking institution who are looking to hire a Senior Relationship Manager to join the business at Director level and drive the growth of the department. The bank has an excellent reputation and has been working in the Swiss and International markets for many years. They work with a mixture of Private and Institutional clients and provide a wide array of services across several continents.
The purpose of this position is to increase the acquisition and retention of corporate banking clients across the German-speaking part of Switzerland. On a daily basis you will be working to become a trusted advisor to your clients at all levels, understanding their business needs and then recommending solutions. You will be the 'face' of the bank to your corporate clients, working closely with product specialists from across the business when needed to ensure smooth and efficient service.
To be considered for this position you must have significant (c10 years) of corporate banking experience, and a minimum of 5 years within the German speaking part of Switzerland. You will have a strong and broad contact list of corporates in the region, and have in-depth knowledge of the full suite of corporate banking services. You must be a fluent German and English speaker, with French looked upon favourably), and have an engaging personality with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
