Breedon are currently seeking a Customer Services Agent based at our Hope Office, Derbyshire.

Being part of the Breedon Cement Customer Service team means that no two calls are ever the same. In this fast-paced environment you will be working to support our customers with any orders, enquiries, and complaints they have to help provide them with the support they need to achieve their desired outcome.

We are looking for customer focused individuals who are friendly, professional, and passionate about delivering great customer service and achieving the right outcomes for our customers.

The role includes communication via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams. Good communication skills and previous experience with these software's is essential.

Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Taking inbound calls & emails from customers and placing orders
  • Communicating effectively with the Logistics, Commercial & Production teams
  • Proactively tracking orders through to completion
  • Dealing with enquiries and complaints
  • Maintaining a database of customer information
  • Working as part of a team to achieve Key Performance Indicator targets
  • Maintaining high levels of professionalism in a fast paced and demanding environment
  • Full Compliance with Competition Act 1998

    • Requirements:

  • Previous customer Service, call centre or office experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Microsoft Teams, Excel and Email experience required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in an organised manner
  • Ability to work calmly under a high-pressure situation
  • GCSE Maths & English

    • The role is office based at Hope Works. Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm. Working hours of day are negotiable for the right candidate.
