Location: Taverham School, Norwich

Business Area: Kier Places - Facilities Management

Contract: 12 Months Maternity Cover, Part-time, 20 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 1.30pm

Salary: £9.50 per hour

Kier Places are recruiting now for a Facilities Administration Support to provide administrative support to the operations and management team on our Facilities Management contract for Norwich Schools, based from Taverham School.

Key Responsibilities

As a Facilities Administration Support, you will assist the Contract and Facilities team with implementing and operating clear systems and procedures to help oversee financial administration. As the Facilities Administration Support you will assist in liaising with key stakeholders, collating works information and helping with overall financial administration such as submitting timesheets, monitoring utility meter readings and assisting with purchase orders and monthly reports and much more.

What do we need from you?

Ideally having worked in a school or office environment previously, the Facilities Administration Support will be someone with good IT literacy relating to the Microsoft Office suite; is an efficient and professional individual who possess strong communication, organisational and time management skills, has a strong teamworking mentality, and is helpful, enthusiastic and flexible.
