Due to an internal promotion they seek to appoint a Senior Technical Engineer to join them in their offices near Bristol.

The Role

You will take ownership of continual technical support and technical judgements to both internal and external customers within the field of passive fire protection. This must be delivered in a timely manner in order to meet the needs of their customer. Support is delivered through specification, detailing, risk management and professional judgement. You will develop and maintain customer relationships, this will be achieved through ongoing communication and system/solution delivery. You will also provide a level of continuous innovation and support along with delivery and management of team and individual projects. You will be responsible for delivering support, and developing product portfolios and systems the busines and will be given the freedom to manage this area.

About you

You will have: -

  • A strong level of technical experience along with good knowledge of drawing/detailing and good all round computer skills with focus on AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of construction detailing, and should also have good working knowledge of Construction Standards and Regulations.
  • Technical knowledge of construction materials, an understanding of the construction process and will have worked within a technical and office environment.


You will be: -

  • Degree educated in a Civil/Structural/Fire Engineering, Construction, Building, Architectural or related field and/or with relevant field experience.
