McGinley are looking for an experienced Groundworker with Dumper & Roller tickets to join our team on a paving and infrastructure project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in excavation, drainage, kerbing, and sub-base preparation, as well as operating dumper and roller machinery when required.
Key Responsibilities:
? Carrying out general groundworks, including excavation, drainage, and kerbing ? Operating a dumper and roller to assist with site operations ? Laying Type 1 sub-base and preparing ground for paving and surfacing ? Installing ducting, drainage, and kerb lines to required levels ? Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times ? Assisting with manual labour tasks as needed
Requirements:
? CPCS/NPORS Dumper & Roller Ticket ? Experience in groundworks, paving, and drainage ? Ability to work safely around live services ? Full UK Driving Licence (Preferred)
