Groundworker with valid DBS to work on a new commercial build in Acklington starting asap
DBS essential as this is working on prison grounds building new commercial build
- Rate is negotiable phr and can be paid CIS, umbrella or PAYE
- 9 hours per day
- All aspects relating to a new building - foundations, drianage work, concreting, externals
- Ongoing work available as this is a new project. Client also has other sites in the North East.
- Plant tickets are desired but not essential
