Maintenance operative, temp to perm, on call rota, start 22/01/2023
A leading maintenance contractor specialising in NHS trusts and private healthcare facilities has a key requirement for a Maintenance Operative with a DBS on a temp to perm bases. Circa of £32k basic salary PAYE, plus pension, holiday and package.
The successful Maintenance Operative will be:
- Maintenance Operative will be mobile working in Ilford (main place of work but travelling to other sites will also be a part of your job)
- Maintenance Operative will carry out Maintenance, Repairs and Servicing
- Maintenance Operative will carry out PPMs and have the below skills:
- Carpentry - fixing doors, boarding up windows
- Plumbing skills - replacing taps, finding leaks
- Electrical skills - basic, changing lamps, replacing sockets
- Maintenance Operative will be paid to £32k negotiable on skills and experience + van + fuel card + excellent training + callout rota
Ideally we are looking for a candidate who used to work in mental health facilities and have or be able to pass enhanced DBS check.
When you start you will be working through Tech-People and your hourly umbrella rate will be £19.50 ph.
