I am currently looking for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to work in the Essex/London area for a large 'general build' construction company with projects across the area. As the Refrigeration Engineer you are to provide a multidisciplinary maintenance service
I am currently looking for the right person to fill one of my QS jobs in the Central London area (think the border of Zone 1 and 2). My client is looking to add to their team with a senior QS who has experience in managing subbies and processing the monthly claims and payments and ideally be used to working on a project from concept through to close out and on various contract formats.
The Client:
A large General building company with a drive towards an innovative and dynamic approach, priding themselves on delivering safety led collaborative solutions. My Client has a senior management team that are passionate about delivering a high quality service, providing the right solutions, on budget and time every time.
I've been working closely with the senior management team to fill a few other roles and have got to know them well and in that time it's clear that they actually believe in delivering a top notch service, which becomes apparent in what they're looking for in a successful candidate. . . .
The Successful Candidate:
As the successful candidate you will be passionate about your work and driven to deliver works at a higher standard with customer satisfaction being a key driver. You will be used to working collaboratively with the team and manage your own time to affectively complete your workload.
A major requirement for this role is that you are competent with the operation of Building Management Systems, being able to communicate clearly with your peers and the technical survey manager.
The Role
As mentioned above, you would be working as a M&E Refrigeration Engineer, responsible for your own section of works. There will be a period of training where you would pick up your responsibilities and an of the specifics from the relevant people and then you would be responsible for your own time management reporting into the senior management team
