Our major international client is looking to recruit x3 Mechanically Biased Maintenance Engineers to their expanding team.
These are Monday to Friday DAYS roles. Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm (3pm finish on a Friday)
Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Your main roles and responsibilities will be:
- Attend breakdowns, fault find & repair on various machines and plant equipment, conduct PPM and assist on installation projects.
- Ensure plant downtime is minimised through effective and efficient PPM's.
- Rectifying breakdowns & faults quickly and efficiently.
- Assist in identifying and implementing improvements to equipment, systems and procedures, ensuring H & S, Quality and good Engineering Practice standards are adhered to.
You will be a proactive mechanical maintenance engineer, with a continuous improvement approach, embracing modern production techniques in this modern plant.
Our client produces millions of products a month therefore candidates that have significant experience in the FMCG/Process industry coupled with solid mechanical qualifications & experience and good electrical appreciation are encouraged to apply.
As mentioned above my client is looking to recruit x3 mechanically biased engineers, one for plant maintenance team, one for the packaging dept team, and one for the heavy fast manufacturing area.
Therefore candidates will have solid experience in one or all of the following:
1. Motors, Conveyors, Gear boxes, heavy, fast production machinery
2. Plant Maintenance, plant room, boilers, facilities
3. Palletisers, strapping machines and sensors
