Salary: £34,000.00 per year
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Multi Trade Operative to join the responsive repairs team at an award-winning housing association. You will be responsible for completing repairs in customer's homes.
Daily responsibilities of a Multi Trade Operative are:
- Responsible for completing repairs in homes occupied by tenants
- Receive work orders through PDA and be given appointment times to attend
- Provide out of hours support on a rotational basis
- Fault find and accurately diagnose the repairs required
Requirements of a Multi Trade Operative are:
- Full UK Driving License
- City and Guilds in a relevant skill or equivalent
- You must be competent in using an electronic personal digital assistant device to receive and record work
- Experience of carrying out repairs within the social housing environment
Benefits for the Multi Trade Operative role:
- 25 days per year increasing by one day per completed holiday year to 30 days maximum
- £900 each year in April to spend on flexible benefits
