Are you fed up of unmanageable class sizes of learners that just don't want to be there?

Are you unhappy about the restrictions of when you can take your holidays?

Is your personal and work life balance disproportionate because of endless amounts of homework that need to be marked at home?

If you answered 'Yes' to these questions, then maybe you should consider Offender Learning.

Not only will you be offering people a second chance and the opportunity to turn their lives around to gain the skills to build a better future for themselves, but you can expect the following benefits:

Small manageable class sizes of 8-12 learners (education for learners is a privilege; those who take it for granted lose the right)
Flexibility to take holidays throughout the year without the usual term time restrictions
All administration and ILP's are completed in the prison (no work is taken home)
Education runs throughout the year and therefore the ability for increased earning potential is available for sessional and on-going staff
