Responsibilities:
Day-to-day service, maintenance, and fault-finding of BMS systems
Carrying out routine checks, diagnostics, and minor upgrades
Supporting energy performance and system optimisation initiatives
Working closely with on-site teams to ensure smooth system operation
Identifying potential system improvements and supporting upgrade works
Desired Experience:
Proven experience as a BMS Service Engineer
Strong knowledge of Trend, Tridium, or Siemens systems (any manufacturer experience considered)
Confident in fault-finding, adjustments, and software interrogation
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
Based within commutable distance to Central London
