I am working with a well established local subcontractor to build up a Void team compromising of two Joiners and a Semi Skilled Plaster/Patcher. Work is based all around the area of County Durham. My client would either take a team already made up or individual trades who can work alone or in a team.
My client is based in County Durham and carry out works on behalf of two local leading Housing Associations. Candidates will be working across the entire county of Durham and preferably will know the area well.
Plaster patchers will be sealing up, chasing electricians after rewire and other generic plaster/patching work in void properties before they are relet.
Must have skilled CSCS Card and be able to drive. 37/40 hours per week Monday - Friday. Must be time served and be able to keep up with the demands of this nature of work.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Plaster Patcher to potentially secure a permanent contract and carry out a successful career with a rapidly growing subcontractor, should work be of standard.
Can work on a self employed basis.
