We're looking for a PMO Manager to join the Kier Places Operations Support team (OST). Within this role, you can enjoy flexible and agile working and be based in a variety of locations across the UK

Location: Near to any Kier office - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.

Contract: Permanent - Monday to Friday 40Hours

Responsibilities

As a PMO Manager, you'll be working within the Operations Support team carrying out the below responsibilities

  • Create and update Power BI dashboards and templates
  • Creation of bespoke business reports using Power BI and our Concept IT system
  • Analyse and use data from multiple sources to inform and improve the Kier Places service
  • Update the OST Dashboard ahead of monthly SLT meetings
  • Supporting the business with ad hoc reporting development requests
  • Stand as Kier Places Digital Champion
  • Support the OST and wider operational teams to consistently deliver a quality service
  • Provide training planning and coordination across Kier Places portfolio
  • Work with wider OST to create innovative and compelling work winning solutions
  • Prepare bid programmes for bid submissions
  • Coordinate and deliver strategic improvement projects across the Kier Places portfolio
  • Own both client survey and lessons learnt process and deliver tangible outcomes from feedback
  • Own the Kier Places master training matrix
  • Deliver our internal and external audit schedule with no significant NCR's
  • Own and provide governance for the Kier Places CRM system
Who are we looking for?

This role of PMO Manager is great for you if have:
  • Excellent IT skills including MS Office suite, MS Project, Sharepoint and Power BI
  • Experience of handling and manipulating big data
  • Ability to interrogate processes and propose solutions/improvements
  • Able to present data and information at all levels both verbally and pictorially
  • Accredited auditor or audit experience
  • Project Management - ideally Sigma 6 or Prince2
  • Exceptional communicator
  • Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in either the Housing Maintenance or Facilities Management sector
  • Project management of complex and multi-stakeholder projects
