Contract & hours: Permanent, full time, 40 hours per week - We may be able offer this role with flexible hours.

Salary: £22,568 + great benefits package

Kier Places are recruiting now for a Premises Officer to maintain the upkeep of the school premises to ensure a safe environment at all times, on our contract with BSF Lewisham Schools, on the Sedgehill School site.

Key Responsibilities

Provide your expertise today - As a Premises Officer, you will carry out regular inspections, conduct minor repairs and proactively assess areas of potential hazard. You'll also carry out general grounds maintenance and manage any contractors who are working on the site.

Give back to your community - the ideal Premises Officer will have operated in a trade environment and carried our minor repairs; you'll also have a good understanding of our commitment to the client and be able to build positive relationships with the school staff.
