Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Demonstrate expertise in both Cat A and B fit-out projects, with a focus on projects valued between £5-20 million.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
  • Effectively manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in fit-out construction projects.
  • Strong background in both Cat A and B fit-out categories.
  • Consistent exposure to managing projects with a value ranging from £5-20 million.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel in and around London as required.
  • Demonstrated stability in previous roles with a strong and consistent CV.
